God has always been faithful in our lives, trusting and submitting our all to him is the key to a happy life. If you have the habit of committing yourself to God, nothing will seem impossible. As we all know, we are human beings and anxiety keeps on getting, the better part of us. We keep getting worried over things that we have no control over.

No matter how things may be tough there are Positive habits worthy employing in your daily routine.

1.Prayer and meditation.

Prayer should be among the key things to do in your daily life. It will keep you refreshed. If you are a Christian, read the bible and you can have a small fellowship with family maybe. Make sure you meditate, it doesn’t need to be complicated, you can just sit quietly or you can have deep breaths. Set an hour or thirty minutes to pray and meditate. It works miracles because Meditation reduces stress and anxiety. Prayer and meditation is a good way to commit your day to God.

2.Smile

It is not necessarily for you to be happy so that you can smile. Make smiling your daily routine. Our brains produce dopamine which makes us happy when we smile. This doesn’t mean you should always have a fake smile on your face. Smile for the fact that you are breathing, you see no matter how bad your situation is there is a worse situation somewhere.

3.Be grateful

Human beings have a tendency of complaining over everything. Comparing yourself to others will only make you bitter because you will always see them doing better. Learn to access your life, every step you make is a milestone. Appreciate yourself as well as the people who help you in life.The more grateful you will be the more blessings you will have.

4.Exercise

May it be long walks, or simple workouts, your body matters. Regular exercise reduces stress, anxiety, and any symptoms of depression. WORKOUTS boost your esteem too. You can practice yoga or stretching, dancing, or just a game with your kids. Life doesn’t have to be complicated we complicate it.

5.Sleep

Adults should sleep for 8 or 7 hours every night. For good health always ensure you sleep enough.No matter how much pressure you have make sure you have enough rest to help you perform better. Invest in good bedding and make sure your bedroom is dark, cool, and quite.

6.Check on your diet.

Eat what is right and ensure you enjoy your meal. Make sure you understand why you are eating what you eating, and its benefits your body. Eat healthily. Invest in foods that will keep your mind refreshed. Carbohydrates release serotonin a hormone that will make you feel good. High protein will boost your energy and concentration. Highly processed foods and deep-fried foods tend to make you full and down making you skip meals. Too many sugars may also be harmful to your health. Make it a daily routine to check on what you eat.

7.Give compliment

Acts of kindness can help you feel more satisfied according to research. To brighten someone’s day, ensure you give someone an honest compliment. This will also boost your own happiness too. Ensure you say something you mean for example by maintaining eye contact when giving someone a compliment. Be careful about giving a compliment on physical appearance. You can use words like ‘you are brave’, ‘you look better now’ make sure your phrases are as calm as possible.

Everyone has bad moments in life no matter how happy they may look. Learn to embrace positivity in life. Trust God with your life because things will be better there is nothing impossible to God.
